Treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind holiday experience and come stay with us in one of our modern, yet classic, apartments. Located directly adjacent to the ski-slopes, Ski in- Ski out, hiking and biking trails, as well as the valley station of the Hochwurzen summit cable car.

Our apartments fit anywhere from 2 to 6 people and allow you to surround yourself in fresh mountain air, as well as 360 degree views of the alps surrounding the region. Our apartment house is conveniently located so you can walk to the centre of Rohrmoos for shopping, dining, and other activities, or cross the street to hop on the bus that will take you to Schladming or in the valleys to go hiking. If you are a golf fan we offer all of our guests 20% off their green fee to play on the Bernhard Langer designed course at Schladming-Dachstein Golf Club and also 3 more Golf Clubs. We have also partnered with the Schladming Dachstein Sommercard, which will afford you the opportunity to experience over 100 free holiday activities with your family and friends, including access to the cable cars in the region.

We offer top of the line amenities and accommodations, including a parking in our underground car park, with direct access to the building´s elevator, which takes you directly to your apartment. Our apartments include spacious outdoor terraces with breathtaking views of our beautiful Schladminger Tauern Valleys and the Dachstein Massif and glacier.

Cancellation conditions:

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without giving reasons.

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the following cancellation rules apply:

from 29 to 14 days before arrival 40% cancellation fee of the whole stay
from 13 to 7 days before arrival 70 % cancellation fee of the whole stay
from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the total stay will be charged.

For bookings via a travel portal, these cancellation policies do not apply, but the respective cancellation policies of the portals.
